  To purchase a class, just click on the link to purchase the PowerPoint.  You will download the class and the affidavit for the state in which you live.  Open the PowerPoint, then click on “Slideshow”.  Choose “From the Beginning”.  There is a link to the test on the last page of the PowerPoint.
  
  
  The following directions will allow you to take your test online…
  
  
  • Review the PowerPoint class first.
  • From your test, click on the link to your test.
  • For password type:  ces2010.
  • Click on Enter.
  • Provide the details requested on the following page.
  • Click on “Start Test”.
  • You may take the test as many times as needed to pass the test.
  • It will show you (and I as the provider) your test results.
  • Fax your signed affidavit to 816-987-0461.
  • Upon receipt, your certificate will be emailed to you and electronically filed with the Insurance Department.
    
    **  It is a requirement by the State Insurance Department, that your test be monitored by a disinterested third party, who will need to sign an affidavit. This person should be someone with whom you are not related, or who does not have a direct interest in you passing or failing your test.  **
