- Any extra “ethics” hours can be used as “general” hours as long as they are not duplicates.
- Kansas does not allow for “carryover” of extra hours.
- Flood: Producers who sell Flood insurance must complete a one-time 3-hour course on NFIP Flood Insurance. This is a one-time requirement.
- Partnership Program Long Term Care: Producers who participate in the sale of Partnership Program Long Term Care policies must complete a 4-hour course before 7/1/10. Renewals require completion of a 1-hour course on Partnership Program Long Term Care every biennium.

MISSOURI STATE REQUIREMENTS:- 16 hours every two years for licensed Producers (this must include 3 hours of Ethics)
- 8 hours every two years for Title Producers

- Courses must be in license type held (if licensed in L/H and P/C, any course is allowed).
- Excess hours may be carried over to the next renewal period.
